Job summary

MatchaTalent's client, a publicly traded healthcare technology company, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing & Quality Engineer to design and validate mass production processes for medical devices and consumer electronics, collaborating with contract manufacturers and suppliers.

The role covers NPI through mass production, CAPA and pFMEA, and requires 9+ years in manufacturing or quality engineering, with knowledge of EVT/DVT/PVT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• 9+ years in manufacturing or quality engineering.
• Experience in high-volume electronics/medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, and production systems.
• Develop and optimize fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging processes for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure suppliers and contract manufacturers meet design and quality requirements.
• Lead day-to-day execution of hardware quality processes across manufacturing and supplier operations.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from development to mass production.
