Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products in an EMS environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate tooling and fixture setup, and work with R&D and external partners on startups.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, process design, corrective actions, quality collaboration, and tooling maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical & electronics, or manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an EMS manufacturing environment.
• Experience with R&D and external partners for new product startups.
• Skilled in manufacturing process design and test development.
• Familiar with medical device manufacturing standards: ISO 13485, ISO 14971, CFR 21 Part 820.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with equipment, jig, and fixture vendors is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, IFS) is preferred.
• Awareness of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proactive and self-motivated in production-related activities.
