Job summary

Hello Doktor is a licensed digital health platform. You will turn customer messages on WhatsApp into booked teleconsultations and clinic appointments. This role blends chat-based sales with proactive outreach to re-engage leads who have gone quiet, owning each lead through to a confirmed booking at a partner clinic.

Fully remote, with training sessions in the office as needed. You will respond in Bahasa Malaysia and English, maintain CRM notes, and strive for rapid 5-minute response times,

Qualifications

• 1–4 years telesales, banking or insurance background.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfort with chat platforms, CRMs and spreadsheets.
• A reliable home internet connection and a quiet space for calls.
• You chase follow-ups proactively and finish what you start.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer chats in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Convert high-intent enquiries into paid bookings during the chat
• Cold call leads who have gone quiet and re-engage them
• Own every lead through to a booked teleconsultation or confirmed appointment
• Coordinate across our panel of doctors so patients reach the right one
• Escalate clinical questions to licensed doctors; you never give medical advice
• Keep extensive CRM notes and up-to-date lead status
• Achieve 5-minute response time on chat
• Close conversions each month, on chat and on phone
