Job summary

Cadence Translate, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Associate) for our Moderation Team. This fully remote role operates with APAC-friendly hours, and you will manage multiple market research projects across languages and geographies.

You’ll coordinate with clients, moderators, and internal teams, driving scoping, matchmaking, and execution to deliver precise results and strong client satisfaction. Great growth potential in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 4+ years in market research (Qualitative) as a Project Manager.
• Hands-on qualitative fieldwork: prepping guides, moderating, recruiting, and writing reports.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Scope projects by communicating with clients and teams to meet quality, speed, and cost targets.
• Match moderators from our community to research objectives and present profiles or recruit new talent.
• Chaperone briefing calls and ensure projects begin successfully; follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor project health, profitability, and client satisfaction; collaborate with Client Service Managers on strategic planning.
