Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a remote POS IT Support specialist to provide remote technical assistance for POS systems. You will communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone, troubleshoot issues, and guide configuration, setup, and onboarding to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities include logging and investigating issues, escalating complex cases to Product or Development when needed, and monitoring cases to ensure timely resolution while gathering feedback to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or related IT role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems in F&B or retail is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for POS-related issues.
• Assist customers via WhatsApp, phone calls and remote support tools to resolve system issues.
• Support customers with POS configuration, setup, training and onboarding.
• Log, investigate and follow up on customer issues, escalating complex cases when required.
• Monitor open cases and ensure timely follow-up and resolution, keeping customers informed.
