Job summary

The Branding People is a Malaysia-based digital marketing agency seeking a proactive partnerships professional to manage KOLs, talents, and external partners. You will identify new talent opportunities, lead outreach and negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to align collaborations with business goals.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Mandarin, with at least 1 year in a relationship-driven role and a knack for turning ideas into actionable partnerships within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, KOL/Influencer Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, Networking, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, talents, creators, and external partners.
• Identify and approach new talents to expand our network and partnerships.
• Lead outreach conversations and negotiations from initial contact to agreement.
• Coordinate with talents on content initiatives and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Develop content ideas and strategies based on social media trends and audience interest.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and opportunities for talent collaborations.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align partnerships with business goals.
