Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, KOL/Influencer Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, Networking, or a related relationship-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, talents, creators, and external partners.
• Proactively identify and approach new talents to expand our network and partnership opportunities.
• Lead conversations and negotiations with potential talents and partners, from initial outreach through to partnership confirmation.
• Coordinate with talents on content initiatives and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Explore and develop content ideas and strategies based on social media trends, audience interests, and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential talent collaborations.
• Work closely with internal marketing and content teams to align talent partnerships with business objectives.
