Qualifications

• Excellent English skills at C1 (spoken and written).
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Experience in travel industry is a plus.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with a stable internet connection (min 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
