Job summary

Scicom (MSC) Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product information. You will troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth service.

The role requires a minimum SPM, strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, and basic computer skills. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

Min SPM is required.
Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge: MS Office & Outlook.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Rotational schedule: Monday-Sunday with 5-day weeks.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
Coordinate with technical and backend teams for smooth service.
Input customer interactions into the CRM system.
Participate in team meetings and share feedback and ideas.
Escalate queries that cannot be resolved within procedures.
Work toward productivity and quality KPIs set by management.
Adhere to performance standards and company policies.
