Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional interpreting experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment.
• Experience in interpreting for various sectors, such as business, healthcare, or legal fields, will be highly regarded.
• Certification in interpretation or translation (e.g., ATA, NAATI) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate interpretation services in both verbal and written formats across different subjects, including business, legal, medical, and general communication.
• Act as an intermediary between individuals who speak different languages, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Translate documents and audio content when required, ensuring all interpretations are clear and culturally appropriate.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific language requirements and provide tailored services.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve and refine interpreting skills.
• Handle multiple interpretation tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality performance.
• Ensure timely completion of interpretation assignments in accordance with company deadlines.
