Job summary

Sleek is hiring an Accountant for HK Clients (Malaysia-Based Remote). You will manage a portfolio of international clients, focusing on accurate accounting, compliance, and timely deliveries.

Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin and English is required. You will use cloud accounting tools such as Xero, collaborate with a global team, and deliver high-quality financial reporting and statutory filings from a Malaysia-based home office.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree/diploma in Accountancy.
• Preferably professionally certified with ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant working experience for non-certified candidates; 2–3 years for certified professionals.
• Must be based in Malaysia and able to work remotely from home.
• Must possess legal right to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-volume portfolio of accounting clients.
• Ensure quality of service deliveries, timeliness, and accurate billings.
• Guide staff and provide effective leadership and supervision.
• Review and prepare management accounts, tax computations, and statutory filings.
• Provide basic consultancy on accounting, tax, payroll and secretarial matters.
• Prepare Unaudited/Group Unaudited Financial Statements and tax returns.
