Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Advanced accounting experience.
• Experience working with financial systems / software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare more complex financial reports and month-end close.
• Reconcile accounts, analyze journal entries, and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare and assemble annual audit information for external auditors.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation in accounting tasks.
• Provide financial insights to support budgeting and forecasting.
