UNICHAMP MINERAL SDN BHD is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to multiple EPC Project Managers across concurrent projects in Malaysia.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, project controls, and efficient reporting to support the delivery of complex programs. Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in project administration or coordination.
• Experience tracking project budgets, costs, invoices and documentation.
• Experience supporting EPC or industrial capital projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to multiple EPC Project Managers across concurrent projects.
• Ensure projects are properly initiated, structured, and maintained in the document management system.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, and timesheets across active projects and support invoicing processes.
• Assist with new supplier setup requests for EPC execution.
• Support project asset creation and tracking requirements as needed.
• Maintain project information in project portfolio management and other systems of record.
• Coordinate communication between EPC Project Managers and internal support functions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize administrative and project support processes.
