Job summary

Exness is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to manage a defined portfolio with a focus on risk protection, profiling, and compliant, proactive engagement. You will act as the primary remote contact via calls, chats and email while maintaining the integrity of client data.

You’ll support SoF/SoD readiness, ensure AML/KYC adherence, and deliver high-quality service to top clients, balancing thorough risk management with strong client relations. English and Chinese fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in client relationships or similar client-facing roles within financial services.
• Experience using Salesforce, Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve client issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication in Chinese and English (verbal and written).
• Solid understanding of financial products and client lifecycle requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of clients with lower volume but higher monitoring depth.
• Act as primary remote relationship contact via calls, chats, and email.
• Establish engagement cadence to maintain trust and visibility.
• Identify early churn or risk signals and escalate when required.
• Drive completion and accuracy of client profiling data across internal systems.
• Support timely SDF and SOF preparation before regulatory/deposit thresholds.
• Validate client information through interaction, documentation, and open-source checks.
• Maintain records supporting profiling and SOF outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality service to top clients while supporting non-dedicated clients efficiently.
• Coordinate multi-channel communications to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and collection of SoF documents.
• Stay updated on regulatory standards and industry trends to provide value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve client issues and smooth onboarding.
