Job summary

OKX is seeking a frontline client service professional in Kuala Lumpur to support key clients and collaborate with the Relationship Manager team. You will respond to inquiries, document records, and help resolve issues to ensure a seamless service experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in client service, with fluent Mandarin and strong communication skills. This role requires flexibility for rotating shifts and a commitment to data security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• Fluent Mandarin is required to support native Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• At least 3 years in client service, client relations, or customer support; financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, attentive support to key clients while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate service requests with the Relationship Manager (RM) team and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to inquiries, ensure timely follow-up, and handle requests with professionalism.
• Provide responsive support through instant messaging and other channels, resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage day-to-day client operations, information processing, research, and feedback consolidation.
• Escalate sensitive or urgent issues per internal procedures and maintain data security.
