Exness Malaysia is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist for China (Internal Only). You will manage a defined portfolio of high‑value clients, acting as the primary remote contact via calls, chats, and email, and ensure accurate profiling and Source of Funds readiness.

You will drive compliant, timely SDF and SOF preparation, verify client information, and maintain records while delivering exceptional service across channels. Fluency in Chinese and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in client relationships or relevant client‑facing roles within the financial services industry.
