Exness is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist in Malaysia to manage a defined client portfolio, engage across calls, chats, and emails, and ensure accurate SOF/SDF profiling with AML/KYC compliance. You will collaborate with compliance and operations to protect risk and sustain client trust.

You will interact with a diverse client base, leveraging Salesforce and Tableau to monitor activity, while staying updated on regulatory standards and product knowledge for value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in client relationships within financial services preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of clients with monitoring depth.
• Serve as a primary remote relationship contact via calls, chats, and email.
• Drive timely profiling data across internal systems.
• Support SDF and SOF preparation before regulatory or deposit thresholds.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance and risk management.
