Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Kuala Lumpur for a client-facing role embedded in a client team. You will lead requirements sessions, produce FSDs, and map data while working with APIs and SIT/UAT.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory; 3-6 years of BA experience; based in Malaysia with potential remote work and occasional Singapore travel. You will collaborate with Dev and QA to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (mandatory, both written and spoken).
• Comfortable with basic SQL and data mapping concepts.
• Prior exposure to API-driven systems and integration testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Produce Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and user stories.
• Conduct workflow and process analysis.
• Work with APIs and perform basic SQL / data mapping tasks.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Liaise closely with Dev and QA teams to track issue resolution and delivery.
