Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and define business requirements, document processes, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency for clients.

In this role, you will gather requirements, map workflows, translate needs into specifications, collaborate with IT and development teams, test solutions, and provide training and ongoing support to end-users in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ICT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Familiar with project management methodologies.
• Understanding of business systems, SDLC, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document and map business processes and workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Client IT and development teams to design and implement solutions.
• Test and validate new systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Continuously monitor and report on the progress of implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
