Job summary

OFFLINK is seeking a capable Bilingual Marketing Coordinator to support an Australian residential property client. The role is remote/work-from-home and involves coordinating social media, email marketing, content and graphic design.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and fluent in Chinese and English, with 2+ years of experience and a background in real estate marketing is a strong plus. You will handle calendars, campaigns, Canva/Adobe assets, and coordinate with an Australian team to

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing coordination, marketing administration or VA role.
• Experience with Australian/Western clients is highly desirable.
• Experience in residential real estate or property marketing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal Chinese and English bilingual communication skills.
• Experience with Mailchimp or other EDM platforms.
• Strong Canva skills or graphic design software experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day social media activities across Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
• Prepare, schedule and publish social media content; assist with calendars and campaigns.
• Monitor engagement and coordinate responses; assist with digital marketing campaigns and updates.
• Create, format and distribute EDM campaigns using Mailchimp; manage email lists and schedules.
• Prepare email newsletters and promotional campaigns; monitor open rates and clicks.
• Create marketing materials for social media and campaigns; resize assets and follow brand guidelines.
• Assist with property marketing materials including brochures, flyers and digital ads.
• Coordinate marketing activities, maintain schedules, update databases and collaborate with internal/external teams.
• Provide general VA support; manage calendars, files, research, data entry and deadlines.
