Job summary

UTOC Packaging (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a digital marketing professional to drive our online presence. You will manage social media channels, plan daily content, and create engaging posts and captions while producing graphics and short-form videos.

The role includes updating WordPress pages, creating brochures and marketing materials, and running AI-powered content and SEO tasks. Remote, home-based with occasional travel to Singapore and Malaysia, Malaysia-based, Johor.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on social media experience and good written English.
• Experience creating digital content and simple graphic designs.
• Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent design skills.
• Basic video editing skills.
• WordPress experience and basic SEO knowledge.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console and Google Ads.
• Digital forward thinking by integrating AI into daily tasks.
• Able to work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content and engagement.
• Plan daily content, create posts and captions, and schedule content.
• Create graphics, edit photos and videos, and produce short-form videos/reels.
• Monitor engagement and track content performance.
• Maintain and improve WordPress websites and update product pages.
• Create brochures, product sheets, and marketing materials with consistent branding.
• Assist with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Turn machine brochures and tech info into marketing content.
• Use AI tools for content creation, SEO research, and market analysis.
• Organise product information into structured databases for AI search.
