Job summary

Addiction Foods NZ Ltd. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to own the Amazon US business remotely. You will manage day-to-day operations, listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory while driving growth and performance.

You will collaborate with marketing and logistics teams, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns (ACOS/ROAS) to maximize profitability. Strong US-market experience and hands-on Seller Central expertise are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience with strong exposure to the US market.
Proven experience directly managing Amazon US.
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Experience with Amazon FBA, listings, inventory, promotions, and account performance.

Responsibilities

Manage the Amazon US marketplace end-to-end, including listings, health, and compliance.
Plan and optimize product listings, images, variations, and A+ content.
Manage pricing, promotions, deals, coupons, and campaigns.
Monitor inventory levels, FBA stock, replenishment, and stock-out risks.
Coordinate with internal teams for launches, marketing, and promotions.
