The role leads AI-driven managed services transformation across ERP and cloud platforms, driving automation, AI adoption, and productivity improvements. The candidate has 12+ years in enterprise managed services, proven experience with AI platforms at scale, and strong leadership across engineering, AI, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in enterprise managed services or technology transformation.
• Experience deploying AI platforms and automation at scale.
• Strong leadership across architecture, engineering, AI, and operations.
• Experience with AIOps, observability, and ITOM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered service delivery transformation.
• Define and execute the roadmap for AI-driven managed services.
• Identify opportunities to automate diagnosis, triage, and resolution.
• Build AI-enabled and autonomous service operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
