Job summary

EPAM Systems in Malaysia is seeking an Offshore Delivery Manager / Stream Lead to drive end-to-end delivery, operational health, and strategic transformation for a dedicated application portfolio stream. You will lead offshore transitions, coordinate multiple Agile squads, and embed GenAI-enabled engineering practices to improve productivity and reporting to client leadership.

Qualifications

Delivery management experience leading offshore engagements for global enterprise clients.
Experience transforming operating models to Managed Capacity or Managed Services.
Scaled Agile delivery coordinating multiple squads and dependencies.
Software engineering foundation across modern stacks with cloud and DevOps.

Responsibilities

Lead the offshore Transition Plan for your stream including knowledge transfer and readiness for steady-state ownership.
Own day-to-day delivery across run, change, and new development for multiple Agile squads.
Run program-level Agile ceremonies aligned to the delivery framework.
Resolve delivery blockers and manage cross-squad dependencies and escalations.
Manage the stream capacity pool and balance utilization vs demand.
Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce run-rate waste.
Embed AI-native SDLC practices and data-driven KPI/SLA reporting.
