AnyMind Group is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive to own end-to-end affiliate programs and publisher networks in Malaysia. You will recruit high-potential partners, negotiate commissions, and scale GMV during major shopping events.

You will collaborate with creative teams to provide high-converting assets, monitor performance metrics, and streamline tracking and payouts across campaigns. A proactive, results-driven mindset is essential in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience managing affiliate marketing programs or publisher networks.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Scale partner networks by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential affiliates and publishers.
• Configure affiliate SKUs, tracking links, and tiered commissions while managing brand budgets.
• Drive peak campaign activations with creative teams for mega-sale events and live-stream pushes.
• Monitor GMV, conversion rates, ROI to diagnose underperforming partnerships and scale top performers.
• Oversee tracking integrity, fraud prevention, and commission payouts across all campaigns.
