The role focuses on optimizing commissions, budgets, and influencer incentives, plus tracking ROI across channels with strong analytics and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid ads management, or digital media buying, with a strong focus on TikTok Ads Manager and Shopee Ads.
• Proven track record of managing paid ad budgets and successfully optimizing campaigns to achieve targeted ROAS and CPA goals.
• Background from DTC brands, e-commerce agencies, marketplace enablers, or FMCG/beauty sectors within Malaysia's e-commerce landscape is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical capability in ad analytics, audience segmentation, pixel setup, custom reporting, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate ad performance metrics into creative direction for video editors and content creators.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for agency or platform communication.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaign setups simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and expand the brand's independent content creators and KOLs for the affiliate network.
• Manage daily relationships with talent agencies to secure creator rosters.
• Set and optimize commission tiers, budget allocations, and incentives for ROI.
• Oversee delivery and tracking of product samples to creators for timely content.
• Brief partners on product messaging, promo mechanics, codes, and timelines.
• Log daily affiliate GMV, conversion rates, creator counts, and engagement.
• Coordinate with platform account managers and MCNs for incentives and exposure.
• Work with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Trade Marketing to align stock and assets.
• Run ad-hoc projects, platform pilots, and exec assignments as directed.
