Job summary

Usobi is seeking a Marketing & Promotion Manager to plan and execute the platform's marketing and promotion strategy across target markets. The role covers the full promotion cycle from market positioning, content, creatives, traffic acquisition, to data analysis and optimization, with a strong focus on driving quality traffic, conversions, and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, and iGaming promotion.
• 1+ year of experience in a Marketing / Promotion Manager or team management role.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and traffic acquisition.
• Hands-on knowledge of major channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO/SEM, KOL, or social media.
• Strong understanding of advertising performance, acquisition costs, conversion metrics, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to independently develop marketing strategies rather than only execute campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and optimize performance based on data.
• Good judgment regarding creatives, copywriting, and promotional content.
• Experience in team management, task allocation, and performance management.
• Strong communication, execution, and market awareness.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on traffic quality, conversions, and overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing and promotion strategies based on target markets and audience segments.
• Manage digital advertising, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, KOL, and other promotional channels.
• Plan and manage promotional creatives, copy, campaigns, and content direction.
• Develop brand awareness and market exposure initiatives.
• Plan and control marketing budgets and channel allocation.
• Track key metrics including impressions, clicks, traffic, conversions, acquisition costs, and overall campaign performance.
• Analyze channel and creative performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Adjust media strategy, creative direction, and promotion plans based on performance data.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and user behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
• Establish marketing performance reports and tracking mechanisms.
• Manage and train the Promotion team, including target setting and performance management.
• Work closely with Design, Content, Operations, Product, and Business Development teams.
• Provide regular market analysis, campaign results, and optimization recommendations to management.
