Job summary

Collars Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Accounts professional to oversee daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations in a remote, fast-paced setting.

You will also prepare financial statements, reports, and P&L, and assist in migrating financial data from spreadsheets to QuickBooks. A degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required, with high-volume transactions a distinct advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience handling high-volume transactions beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and P&L statements.
• System Migration: Support the transition of financial data from spreadsheets into QuickBooks.
