Job summary

FastLane Capital Limited is seeking a Bookkeeper to join a remote, Malaysia-based team supporting an Australian business. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll support, and monthly/annual closings with accuracy and independence.

The role requires 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience, a diploma or degree in accounting/finance/business, and proficiency in Xero and MYOB, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Support improvements to bookkeeping procedures and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• At least two to three years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero and MYOB.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and general ledger processes.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience supporting an Australian business would be highly regarded.
