Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: convert inbound/outbound leads into long-term partners via calls and WhatsApp.
Account Growth: manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts with upsell opportunities.
Solution Selling: collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for client pain points.
Performance Excellence: meet/exceed KPIs, including 150+ calls per week and at least 1 hour of talk time daily.
Innovation: explore AI-powered tools to refine sales pitches and client engagement.
