Job summary

Nexus International School in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated teacher to provide teaching cover duties and general classroom support across the year groups EY–Year 6. You will work closely with the class teacher to promote the school vision and ensure smooth day-to-day learning.

Responsibilities include maintaining an orderly learning environment, collaboration with year teams and parents, safeguarding, and resource preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education/Teaching/Training.
• Able to work with Primary learners (EY – Year 6).
• Experience working in an international education setting is preferred.
• Passionate about the growth and development of children.
• Available as and when required on an ad-hoc basis.
• Immediate vacancy.

• Promote the inclusion of all pupils ensuring they have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
• Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
• Be proactive in preparing resources and take initiative when supporting learning.
• Supervise and manage students in the absence of subject teachers.
