Job summary

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineer to drive plant asset reliability and maintenance efficiency. You will lead MECI asset performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, GMP, and safety standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in plant maintenance in manufacturing settings, with proficiency in PLC, SCADA, AutoCAD, and Industry 4.0/IoT systems. This is a full-time, on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of plant maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proficient in PLC, SCADA, AutoCAD, and Industry 4.0/IoT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability, maintenance, and performance optimization of MECI assets to ensure safe, stable plant operations.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns and maintenance data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and calibration maintenance programs.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex mechanical, electrical, automation, and instrumentation issues.
