Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3–8 years experience in manufacturing improvement or reliability in FMCG or Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in Time & Motion Study, Work Measurement, and line balancing.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement, optimize layouts, and reduce waste using Lean and TPM.
- Improve OEE by analyzing MTBF/MTTR and downtime trends.
- Support automation feasibility, ROI-based prioritization, and factory digitization efforts.
- Collaborate with OEMs and system integrators for upgrades and documentation.
