Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Pasona Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Junior Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (Analyst 1 / Associate) to handle a portfolio of corporate clients in Kuala Lumpur. You will develop relationships, identify growth opportunities, and tailor financing and trade solutions with support from product specialists.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in corporate banking, with fluency in English and Mandarin; Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Relationship Management within the banking industry.
• Experience in preparing credit proposals, financial analysis, and managing corporate banking portfolios would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by developing strong business relationships and identifying new banking opportunities.
• Meet with corporate customers to understand their financing needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, including loans, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.
• Prepare credit proposals, perform financial statement analysis, and support the structuring of appropriate financing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management requirements, and regulatory guidelines, including KYC and AML procedures.
• Achieve assigned business targets through portfolio growth and cross-selling initiatives.

We are seeking a Junior Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and provide tailored financing and trade solutions to corporate customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by developing strong business relationships and identifying new banking opportunities.

Meet with corporate customers to understand their financing needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, including corporate loans, trade finance, treasury, and cash management products.

Prepare credit proposals, perform financial statement analysis, and support the structuring of appropriate financing facilities.

Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, risk management requirements, and regulatory guidelines, including KYC and AML procedures.

Achieve assigned business targets through portfolio growth, cross-selling initiatives, and close collaboration with product specialists and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Relationship Management within the banking industry.

Knowledge of corporate lending, trade finance, credit assessment, financial analysis, and corporate finance.

Experience in preparing credit proposals and managing corporate banking portfolios would be an added advantage.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; AICB certification will be an added advantage.

Able to communicate in Japanese is an added value.
