Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification with minimum 7 years in the insurance industry.
• Experience in broking or reinsurance preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal accounts, negotiate and arrange reinsurance placements.
• Maintain relationships with cedents to grow facultative portfolio.
• Coordinate with Reinsurance Operations for deadlines and documents.
• Ensure reinsurance billings and certificates are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with Claims Recovery and Credit Control on reconciliation issues.
• Assist the Unit Head to pursue new business opportunities.
