Job summary

Genpact is inviting applications for a Reinsurance Accounting – Property & Casualty claims role in Malaysia. You will review and analyze insurance and reinsurance claims, verify coverage and eligibility, and ensure complete documentation while maintaining records for compliance.

You will communicate updates to clients and adjusters and help identify fraudulent claims with audits when needed. The role requires a degree in insurance or related fields and experience in claims, with proficiency in

Qualifications

• Degree in Insurance/ Actuarial Science / Economics / Finance / Risk Management, or similar.
• Exposure to reinsurance or insurance claims preferred; strong interest in developing technical claims capability.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Alteryx (training will be provided if needed).
• Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of reinsurance structures, including treaties, facultative placements, and contract wording.
