Job summary

Integra Healthcare Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing & Business Development professional to drive growth by acquiring corporate clients and forming strategic partnerships. You will manage campaigns, brand consistency, and market expansion across rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in business studies, administration or management.
4–5 years of related working experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop action plans.

Responsibilities

Identify, meet and sign up new corporate clients, strategic collaborations, and referral partners.
Undertake sales conversion initiatives including follow-up, referral management, promotions and events.
Develop strategies to grow current and future markets and build relationships with business opportunities.
Obtain market information and present clear details and analysis to the Marketing & Business Development team.
Identify new market opportunities and assist with negotiation of terms.
Plan and execute hospital events, conferences, launches, health talks, and CME activities.
Ensure brand positioning and corporate identity is consistent across channels.
Work with Clinical Teams to cultivate reference accounts and create case studies.
Provide monthly reporting of relevant metrics for analysis and improvement.
Provide content and copywriting for company profile, campaigns, and printed materials.
Propose monthly local campaigns for the IHT Rehab team.
Conduct market intelligence for new services and communication strategies.
Plan and implement sales and marketing plans related to referrals and payor networks.
Conduct onsite visits to referrals and payors networks including GPs, hospitals and corporates.
Identify potential strategic partner relationships for local marketing.
Create value-added services for customers and build good stakeholder rapport.
Serve as contact point for corporate clients, partners, hospitals and doctors.
