Job summary

Techcare Innovation Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to promote rehabilitation and healthcare technology, coordinate exhibitions, handle inquiries, and drive product awareness across channels.

Based in Puchong, the role requires a Bachelor's in marketing or related field, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, good communication, and willingness to travel; fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years in sales/marketing a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive and self-motivated with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Collect and document customer feedback for product improvement.
• Coordinate product delivery and logistics.
• Organise CME sessions and webinars, including scheduling, materials, and logistics.
• Create and manage blog and educational content.
• Plan and maintain regular social media updates.
• Support and maintain brand identity across marketing channels.
• Coordinate printing, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
