• Requires diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in accounting, audit, legal, financial services, regulatory compliance, or professional services operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with numerical data and formal documentation.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills; ability to summarise regulatory information clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential client and business information responsibly.
• Proactive, dependable and collaborative approach, with willingness to learn regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Support Operations Team and Compliance Consultants in delivering client engagements and governance documentation.
• Assist AML/CFT screening and review results; flag potential false positives or items needing review.
• Prepare MAS regulatory reports, returns, surveys, and related submissions using client data.
• Collect, organise, validate, and reconcile client information; fix data-entry errors and maintain records.
• Prepare data summaries, reports, schedules, and supporting materials; review financial information as required.
• Maintain client compliance trackers, registers, calendars, project records and document repositories.
• Coordinate information requests and follow-ups with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Assist with preparation and administration of proposals, engagement letters and invoices.
• Help improve internal procedures and workflows for scalable operations.
• Support data migration and other operational improvement projects.
