Job summary

YLI Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Executive to support certification, regulatory submissions, and product compliance activities in Malaysia. The role requires detail-oriented coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and adherence to local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Regulatory Affairs or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year related working experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory and certification applications to BOMBA, SIRIM, and JKR in Malaysia.
• Coordinate product labeling and marking with production for regulatory compliance.
• Manage quotations, invoices, and payments related to testing and certification bodies.
• Track and follow up on all certification applications and status updates.
