Responsibilities

• Adheres to nursing care vision and policies; performs shift duties as assigned.
• Notifies unit manager of changes affecting care standards.
• Obtains and handovers patient progress reports; follows doctor orders.
• Visits patients with team to assess conditions and re-plan care.
• Provides holistic nursing care using the nursing process and documents accurately.
• Conducts nursing rounds, provides emotional support, and assists in procedures.
