Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad seeks a Registered Nurse to join our unit, delivering high-quality patient care across hospital services in Malaysia. The role involves shift duties, documentation, and collaboration with doctors and nurses to plan and execute care, ensuring safety and patient satisfaction.

Candidate must be licensed by the Nursing Board of Malaysia with at least 3 years of clinical experience, and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Post Basic qualification in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of clinical experience and diverse clinical expertise.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, MTLS, PALS and NRP as applicable.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to nursing care vision and perform shift duties.
• Notify unit manager of changes affecting care standards.
• Handover patient progress and follow doctor's orders.
• Visit patients with the team to assess conditions and replan care.
• Provide holistic care and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct nursing rounds and assist in procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with the team to implement treatment and communicate with relatives.
• Participate in health education and hospital activities.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
