Responsibilities

• Adhere to nursing care vision and objectives; perform shift duties per Unit Manager.
• Visit patients, assess conditions, re-plan nursing care, and set priorities.
• Provide holistic care, document accurately, and report abnormalities promptly.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure treatment and bed management.
• Lead health education, unit meetings, and maintain patient satisfaction.
