KPJ Healthcare Berhad in Malaysia seeks a state registered nurse for the Multidisciplinary Ward (Orchid). The candidate will provide holistic nursing care in line with Vision and Mission Statements and objectives, perform shift duties, take handover reports, assess patients, and coordinate care with doctors.

You will document care, participate in rounds, educate patients and families, and support ward management in maintaining standards. A valid Nursing Board Malaysia license is required.

Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary ward and shift duties is advantageous.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Carry out nursing care in line with Vision and Mission Statements and ward goals.
• Receive handover, assess patients, and re-plan nursing care as needed.
• Ensure doctors' orders are carried out and document all care activities.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds, provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Assist Unit Manager and maintain standards of care in the ward.
