• Experience in product management, sales enablement, or business analysis (Banca/Financial services experience is a plus).
• Analytical skills: track impact, analyze data, and provide data-backed insights to refine products.
• Execution: proven track record of managing product launches and maintaining marketing collateral/websites.
• Communication: exceptional ability to collaborate across teams and translate complex product features into simple sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into shaping product strategy and maintain the product roadmap aligned with growth priorities.
• Analyse sales performance, product mix, and conversion rates across regions and channels to diagnose performance gaps.
• Develop targeted interventions across product positioning, campaigns, and sales models to address underperforming segments.
• Drive product-led sales enablement tools, initiatives, and training to improve frontline productivity and activation.
• Design and refine product-driven sales journeys, using post-campaign data to optimize engagement.
