Job summary

Global Health Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Medical Sales Representative (Urology Endoscopy) to drive sales growth and market development for ureteroscopes and cystoscopes within the assigned region. You will lead product demonstrations, support procedures, and build strong hospital partnerships.

The role requires clinical knowledge of urology, ability to train staff, manage tenders, and travel frequently to hospitals and clinics to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Nursing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in endoscopy or urology.
• Strong clinical understanding of urology procedures.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell urology endoscopy products to hospitals and clinics.
• Achieve regional sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide clinical support and product demonstrations in theatre.
• Build relationships with urologists, procurement teams, and hospital staff.
• Coordinate tenders, quotations, and technical documentation.
