Job summary

Coway is seeking an in-house trainer to lead sales training initiatives in Kuala Terengganu and Damansara. The role focuses on boosting product knowledge, selling skills, and overall sales performance across the sales and service teams.

You will design high-impact training, develop materials with SMEs, and continuously evaluate impact to close performance gaps. Responsibilities include coaching through role-plays, delivering both virtual and in-person sessions, and partnering with Sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate training or L&D, preferably in sales training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to design or adapt training materials for different audiences.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales training programs covering product knowledge, selling skills, and pipeline management.
• Design and deliver high-impact training (virtual and in-person) to drive sales performance.
• Develop, update, and manage training materials with SMEs and maintain a central documentation repository.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback and performance data and adjust programs accordingly.
