Job summary

BOLDD ADVERTISING SDN BHD is seeking a Product Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training across promoters, dealers, and staff. You will ensure deep product knowledge, brand values, and effective sales techniques are conveyed through engaging sessions and e-learning.

Travel nationwide to visit retail stores, lead role-plays, and coach teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong presentation skills and educational background in training are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in retail or consumer electronics.
• Ability to conduct in-person and remote training sessions.
• Proven track record in improving sales through training.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for store visits.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute training programs for promoters, merchandisers, dealers, and staff.
• Provide dealers with ongoing coaching on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Observe and evaluate sales interactions to identify improvement areas.
• Organize role-playing and simulations for skill practice.
• Advise on upselling strategies to boost engagement and sales.
• Support roadshows and events with product demos and trainings.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
