Job summary

WST – Coway is seeking an energetic sales support specialist in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves making outbound calls to present Coway products and promotions, identifying customer interests, and following up to convert leads into appointments.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; flexible freelance/full-time options are available. You will work with a supportive team to develop communication and sales skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable making outbound telephone calls.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin.
• No previous experience required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce Coway products and promotions.
• Communicate with potential customers to identify their interests.
