Job summary

Halliburton Malaysia is seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition specialist for a 1-year fixed-term contract to support recruitment across Southeast Asia from Kuala Lumpur.

You will manage end-to-end processes, partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, and help implement regional TA programs. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu is essential; Thai is a plus. Travel up to 20% and on-site five days a week at G-Tower, Kuala Lumpur. Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in HR or related field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Melayu is essential; Thai is a plus.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition within Oil & Gas or energy services preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across SEA or APAC.

Responsibilities

• Supports Talent Acquisition across Southeast Asia for 10 countries.
• Manages end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries with hiring managers.
• Develops TA programs, tools, and projects across the region.
• Advises on recruitment processes and market practices.
• Performs TA data reporting and analysis to improve service delivery.
• Travel up to 20% for regional recruitment activities.
